Adura Court Estate: March 9th 2024
Lagoon Height Estate: April 6th 2024
Urban Crest 2 & 3: April 6th 2024
Hilton Royal Garden: April 20th 2024
Wazobia Garden Ocean view: April 27th 2024
Time: 9:00 am
To be considered eligible for any of this allocation, clients are advised to pay up their outstanding fees at least Two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled date. I.e:
LAND FEE- 100%
LEGAL FEE- 100%
SURVEY FEE- 100%
DEVELOPMENT FEE- AT LEAST 50% IS REQUIRED
Clients who fail to meet up with this payment requirement will be considered ineligible for physical allocation.
